Our Individualized Home Supports Without Training provides assistance, supervision, and guidance to both adults and children within the comfort of their own homes. These services include a staff member offering direct supervision, reminders, guidance, instruction, assistance with daily activities, or support arranging and engaging in community events. This assistance can be provided either within the individual’s residence or in community environments.
- Individualized Home Support With Training
Our Individualized Home Support with Training encompasses a range of skill-building and educational services to foster independence within a community setting. Tailored to everyone’s needs, this training ensures relevance and effectiveness by aligning with assessed requirements. Valid training falls within permissible categories of community living services, facilitating successful integration and functioning within the community.
- Respite Care (In-Home and Out-Of-Home)
Respite care encompasses temporary caregiving services provided to individuals when their primary caregiver is unavailable or needs a break. Principal caregivers are those primarily responsible for the individual’s care. In-home respite services are offered within the individual’s residence, including activities in public spaces while remaining in the home environment. External respite services occur in facilities or environments other than the individual’s home, and they may also involve activities in public spaces while the individual is outside their residence.
